Pre-laminated Bison Panels
Pre-lamination of Bison Panel is by a special process developed by NCL R&D team. A separate wing in the Boards factory is equipped with machinery specially designed for lamination work.
Bison Lam combines the exterior grade qualities like fire, water, termite resistance of the plain panel with the beautiful looks and finishes of a Laminated board.
Basic board being made with cement and wood particles Bison Lam is an exterior board and can be used for all external and internal applications.
Bison Lams are extensively used for partitions, door panels and furniture applications. At present only 4 colours viz. Natural Teak, Grey, Sea beach and Ivory are supplied in sizes 2440 mm x 1220 mm (8’ x 4’) in thickness 6mm, 10mm, 12mm & 16mm.
Bison Lam surface is impermeable to moisture and highly resistant to staining by house hold items like tea, coffee, washing powder, detergents etc. The surface can be cleaned by a wet cloth or soap.

Bison Designer Boards
NCL Industries, the pioneers of cement bonded particle boards in India have introduced few designer boards for decorative application of Bison Panels. The board patterns are named as Lumber, Quadra and Murk.
They are elegantly suitable for false ceilings, partitions, wall claddings, building facades etc.
They are available in sizes 10’ x 4’ (3050 mm x 1220 mm) in thickness 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm & 16mm.
