• The Promoters of NCL (formerly known as Nagarjuna Cement Ltd) after success of Cement factory, wanted to diversify into manufacture of Building materials with best of technologies adopted from around the world.
• Alltek Spray plasters manufactured by international Coating products of Sweden and Seccolor Prepainted Roll formed Steel section for making windows and doors by Secco Spa of Italy have attracted the management.  These two products are very popular in more than 30 countries.
• The like minded promoters of NCL obtained technologies and started NCL Seccolar Ltd., and NCL Alltek Ltd., as group companies of NCL.
• Later NCL Seccolor Ltd., and NCL Alltek Ltd., merged together as NCL Alltek and Seccolor Ltd., and expanded the business by setting up 3 more factories in AP, Tamilnad and Rajasthan states.

• NCL WINTECH (IND) LTD is joint venture of NCL and M/s.ADOPIN OF TURKEY, NCL WINTECH Setup a factory near Hyderabad for manufacture of UPVC profiles for doors and windows.

 

NCL HOMES LTD is yet another group company which is engaged in building construction work.  NCL Homes constructed many building complexes in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and is presently engaged in building townships in the outskirts of the twincities.
