Introduction of improved systems

After Jammu Kashmir order NCL Prefab attracted several public sector and private sector organizations and the Ministry of Defense. NCL was continuously getting orders for prefab shelters from the above organizations. The cliental list will run in hundreds.

In the initial stages, the company was receiving complaints connected with leaks in the roofs and bathrooms etc. The company was promptly attending the rectification works.

Based on such experiences, the company went on making improvements in its prefab systems.

  • The wall panel height is increased to 9 ft. & 10 ft.
  • Expanded polystyrene sheets are sandwiched between double skin panels for better thermal comfort
  • Each panel is lipped on all sides with appropriate G.I. sections for easy interlocking. The lipping provided is helping to avoid damage of the edges during transport
  • False ceiling is introduced for all most all the models
  • The roofs are provided with G.I. corrugated sheets or pre-painted sheets with appropriate ridge elements
  • Designed eve plates are introduced at the edges of the roofs to add elegance to the shelters
  • Electrification for lighting and Air Conditioning is stream lined in the system
  • The system of erection is simplified using minimum components
  • All these improvements have resulted in full satisfaction of the customers with zero complaints
