Bison Panel is utilized extensively in the construction of modular system of Prefab houses in many countries abroad. They have proved their stability and durability in many building sites in the world. They are even employed in extreme climatic zones from polar circle to the Sahara desert as well as where earth quakes occur.
After establishing Bison Panel factory in Andhra Pradesh NCL immediately took up R&D to come out with a system of Prefab construction suitable for Indian conditions.
Under the team leadership of Late Sri K. Ramachandra Raju, The founder of NCL Group, R&D was conducted and number of proto type shelters were designed and erected one of their factory premises near Hyderabad to make a study on the behavior of the shelter in different weather conditions, fire hazards and earth quake loads.

A proto type model was also sent to Structural Engineering Research Laboratory at Chennai to check the strengths of individual elements and the structure as a whole.
Accordingly Sri Ramachandra Raju got several improvements in the Prefab systems and got number of models like, Farm house, Security Cabin, Row houses, Store sheds, School buildings Dwelling houses etc., erected in a Prefab park in Ratnapuri Gardens near Hyderabad.
These models were inspected by several organizations including Multi National Companies from India and Abroad. They have appreciated the construction method adopted in NCL Prefab and acclaimed it as one of the best and simplest systems adopted in prefab technology in the world.
