Mr. T. Arun Kumar, He is the Vice President & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Sri Venkateswara University and an LLB degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the ICSI as well as a qualified Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India and is having experience in secretarial matters. He is responsible for looking after the secretarial affairs and statutory compliances of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since 1992 and elevated to the post of Company Secretary in 2007.
